Armalite
Using a 20 inch double lapped barrel for increased accuracy, the Armalite AR-10A2 is great. An A2 stock and A2 sights ensure maximum performance and stability. Comes with one 10 and one 20 round magazine, carry sling, and an owners manual.

Armalite AR-10; G'Bye Poodle Shooters!!
By Pistolero
Review Date: 01/03/2008
Rating:
In this former jarhead's opinion, Armalite has finally hit a home run with the AR10A2. This is the rifle that should have replaced my beloved M14 back in '65. Since I have acquired the AR10, I have sold both of my Poodle Shooters(A Bushmaster M-4 and an R.A. VEPR IIK)both of which were reliable and accurate, but comparing the 2 rounds is like comparing apples and oranges. The .223 is a fine varmint round but as far as I'm concerned, that's about it. Do not look for the military to adopt this rifle. They have too much invested in the .223 system to backtrack now. However, look at what the Army and Marines haul out of the armory when they really want to knock somebody down---the .308. Need I say more? My advice is to get yourself an AR10. You'll never look back.
